Great News! Yours truly is giving away an iPad at a drawing on January 26th, 2011. To qualify for the drawing, entrants must provide me with a valid name, phone number and e mail address of someone you know who will be buying or selling real estate in LA (from the beach communities to Mt. Washington) or in the San Fernando Valley sometime in the next 6 months.
You can e mail the contact info to me if you like. Once I call the referral and they confirm their intention to purchase or sell in the appropriate location, your name will be included in the drawing.
