WHY IS THE MARKET SNAPSHOT SO MUCH BETTER THAN SIMPLE ACCESS TO THE MLS? Because it provides automatic current market activity of homes in your area, including easy to read charts and graphs. To view a sample report, select "View Sample Analysis" in the red form at right --------------------------------> WHAT DATA DOES THE MARKET SNAPSHOT PROVIDE?
HOW DO I SIGN UP? Go to the red form at right. After you enter your name and email address (and phone number if desired), hit the "NEXT" button. Then you can enter your desired zip code and home specifications to your liking to receive a fully-customized report. The Market Snapshot Report will be sent to your email address within 15 to 30 minutes. |

Features:
- You personally select the market specifications that interest you.
- Choose to view maps as aerial, birds' eye or road map.
- Detailed information is provided on each listing as you hover your cursor and/or select the listing. Even see pictures.
- The map displays up to 10 of the active or sold comparable properties in the area of your interest and can be zoomed or panned as desired.
- The "Prices" page summarizes the number of comparable properties for sale and sold in the area, as well as the average list and sold price. The "Time On Market" page summarizes the number of comparable properties for sale and sold in the area, as well as the average number of days on market for the solds and the currently listed properties
- The "Next Update" section tells you when you can expect your next update. You can change the frequency by editing the settings. The default is set to every 4 weeks; however you can set your preference - ranging from every 2 to 8 weeks
- Multiple graphs comparing asking (listing) prices and sold prices as well as average time on market for comparable properties.
